RETURNING CLIENTS: - who have not been seen in the past 3 months OR have a new injury: book an INITIAL ASSESSMENT - who have been seen in the past 3 months for the same injury: please book your FOLLOW-UP appointments with your previous physio.

PELVIC PHYSIO CLIENTS: All Pelvic Physio Initial Assessments with Laine are virtual (online). Pelvic follow-ups can be virtual OR in-person.
BIRTH PREP SESSIONS must be preceded by an initial assessment. Please book at approx 34 and 35 weeks of pregnancy.
